What prompted me to create this work was a friend of mine who was suffering from cancer. Due to the deterioration of the tumor in her heart, she had to undergo chemotherapy, which made her very miserable. When I heard about her, I felt very sad. A few years ago, my uncle also had to undergo chemotherapy because of cancer. It is hard to imagine what a painful treatment they went through. They had to endure not only physical suffering, but also psychologically unbearable pain. So I created this work and named it “alive”. Although it can not stop everything brought by fate, there is still a strong power in people's hearts, that is, the strong willpower driven by the subconscious. It will help people overcome everything. I hope my friend can get back to health as soon as possible, and I also hope that all the people who are struggling with illness can tide over the difficulties.
