“Quality of Life" Rebecca Rose NFT Hologram 1/1 2022 LXI Dimensions: 2048 x 2048
“Quality of Life” is the quad split holographic format NFT from the ninth piece in the "Mid Century Manifesto" hologram collection. This work is embedded with a single still image of the original work. "Quality of Life" is included in Octavia Art Gallery's exhibition "Digital Reality" in New Orleans for Fidelity Bank's White Linen Night. A collection of 1/1 works, each piece in “Mid Century Manifesto” is produced in a quad split holographic format transforming NFTs into works that lift off the viewer's screen to enter a physical space as sculptural holograms. The pieces are collaged, reversed, and digitally reworked in a holographic format to lift the NFT off the viewer's screen when paired with a holographic pyramid. It’s also accompanied by a single still NFT image of the collaged work and additional signed certification on the ethereum blockchain through Verisart.
American artist Rebecca Rose is an award winning sculptor, painter, and hologram creator whose body of work has been awarded multiple artist grants co-sponsored by The Robert Rauschenberg Foundation, The Andy Warhol Foundation, The Willem de Kooning Foundation, The Andrew Mellon Foundation, The Joan Mitchell Foundation, and Bloomberg Philanthropic.
