Inspiration - When was the last time you watched the sun rise? Was it a fresh crisp morning on a weekend away with an early alarm and a cup of coffee? Or was it after having a crazy night out with your best mates, a stroll down to the beach at first light with a beer in hand?

When I was younger I used to think that staying up until sunrise was a real achievement (mostly because I'm a massive lightweight and I'd usually be too drunk by then and sent to bed haha) but now I can't think of anything better than waking up fresh and early. Seeing the sun rise gives me the sense of a fresh start. A new day. A new opportunity to do things a better way.
