Dr Philip Davies, founder of ‘The Martians’ and Mars Register Ltd has teamed up with Verisart Inc to provide extra security and reliability to the Mars Land Claim certification process. This Certificate of Authenticity (CoA) serves to enhance the verification of ownership of the associated Mars Land Claim Certificate Bundle.

The Mars Land Claim Certificate Bundle is a digital download document (a 5-page PDF file containing 3 certificates and supporting information). If a printed 'hard-copy' is desired, then parchment certificate paper is recommended. Laid out horizontally as shown in the title picture, these 5 x A4 sheets would measure 105 x 29.7 x 0.05cm.

The Mars Land Claim Certificate Bundle is stamped with the unique Order number and original purchaser's email address. The same Order Number (#order ID) is associated with this accompanying Certificate of Authenticity (CoA). The CoA ‘lives’ on the Bitcoin blockchain (via blockchain.com) as a unique ‘non fungible token’ (NFT). Thus, the current legitimate holder of a Mars Land Claim can be reliably identified and verified.

THE FIRST OWNER OF THIS CERTIFICATE MUST IMMEDIATELY DO TWO THINGS:
1. Upload the correct original Mars Land Claim Certificate Bundle to the Additional Files Section (see below) and lock it to 'Privacy.' This MUST be the original file (i.e., without further editing or any name added). Do not upload anything else!
2. Upload his/her correct email address into the "Current Location" field (see below).

If ownership of a Mars land Claim certificate is to be transferred (either by free donation/gift/will or by sale/auction) then both the Claim Certificate Bundle and the CoA must be transferred to the new owner. NOTE: both the Claim Certificate Bundle and CoA simply serve to identify the legitimate current holder of a claim to Mars Land Possession within “The Martians” communal claim (registered via Mars Register).

CURRENTLY, THE PROCESS FOR SALE AND/OR TRANSFER IS AS FOLLOWS:

Transfer/sale is agreed (if this is by sale or auction then we recommend a reliable escrow process).
The CoA is transferred to new owner (simple transfer via the Verisart.com website). The new owner must check that the correct Mars Claim Certificate Bundle (PDF) is already attached to this CoA in the Additional Information section (privacy locked). The new owner must also add their email address to the "Current Location" field.

The new certificate owner becomes the new legitimate Mars land claimant and MUST notify Mars Register of the completed transfer - plus pay a small administration fee (via the Transfer of Claim section in marsregister.org website). There is no admin fee for a transfer from First Purchaser to the "Gift Recipient" named in the original purchase (but the CoA transfer still needs to happen).

If administrative problems/errors arise when transferring CoA it is likely that Verisart can quickly resolve the matter.
