This sculpture is a maquette for a larger life size sculpture. This piece began in 2019 and was completed during Covid-19 lockdown and in the summer 2020. ‘Ascension’ speaks of reaching higher levels of grace, compassion and love. Where we are being inspired and elevated by those who came before us with their open hearts and open minds that have opened doors for us through their love and commitment to a greater humanity.
