Andrea Morucchio's "Puzzling’ project" starts from more than five thousand different photographic tiles of the mosaic floor of St. Mark’s Basilica in Venice which are rearranged and repositioned in the form of a mosaic reinterpreting a series of 19th century paintings of the Venetian Lagoon by Guglelmo Ciardi.
