When I arrive at a space where these kinds of sunset lights converge... the first dimension that is freed in me is the physical one. Because in front of the sea, you are astonished, you can't keep on walking. Plato said that there is nothing that the sea cannot swallow in two days. The cliché metaphor that all rivers lead to the sea is true... and that is why the sea is a symbol of life and freedom.

But in front of the sea you can also aspire to a much deeper freedom, that of the eternal dimension... and watching the swaying of the waves with these twilight lights you can end up realizing that this sea and these lights are the same ones that have been here for millions of years. And you can reach a much more definitive freedom, that of realizing that your greatest position is that of pure contemplation. You can experience what it is to be outside of all these circumstantial laws of space and time... to be truly liberated.
