Joshua Wong is a young Hong Kong activist who has been at the forefront of the fight for democracy in the city. He was one of the student leaders of the 2014 Umbrella Movement, which called for universal suffrage in Hong Kong. In 2016, he co-founded the political party Demosisto to continue the fight for democracy. He has been arrested and jailed several times for his activism, but he remains undeterred in his quest for a free and democratic Hong Kong.
