Such personal information will be used in accordance with the disclosures in this Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”), which is part of and incorporated into the Terms and Conditions of Use of this Site viewable at https://www.verisart.com/terms. You may withdraw consent at any time in writing, however such withdrawal does not negate our right to process your data prior to your withdrawal.

“NFT” in our Privacy Policy means a non-fungible token or similar digital item governed by a blockchain that uses smart contracts to link to or be associated with specific content or data.

How We May Obtain Your Personal Information

When you visit and use this Site, Verisart may obtain various types of information (such as your name and contact information) from you that (1) you may directly provide to us (by inputting information through various interactive features such as registering for a Verisart account, filling out records and forms, submitting inquiries and updating information or (2) that we will automatically collect during your visit to the site (such as your user identification and password, internet domain or IP address) as part of our normal operation.

What Information We Process

We may collect and process some or all of the following information you make available to us if you register or use the Services, such information may include: Name, Email Address, User Name, Password, Wallet Type, Wallet Address, Blockchain address, Date, TimeStamps & Customer Support or Technical Information you provide when you contact us with questions about your use of the Services.

You agree to use of your personal information to run our business and provide our Services for the purposes of improving and/or personalizing your experience on our Service including but not limited to account creation, user identification, enabling you to view, find, manage and create NFTs, connecting with others to trade NFTs on blockchains, customer support, comply with any reported violations of our Terms of Service and comply with applicable laws and cooperate with law enforcement.  We may disclose your information to any person, specifically to any governmental agency, without notice, if we in good faith believe that such is required in order to comply with law, to protect Verisart interests including this Site, and in response to any emergency situation.

We reserve the right in full to create Anonymous Data records from personal information and use any such Anonymous Data to analyze usage of our Services to improve our overall site experience and further to use such Anonymous Data for any purpose and to disclose any such data to third parties.

Third-Party Analytics, Services, and Ad Providers

We may use third-party analytics services (such as Google Analytics), and services providers who help us to better understand how our Services and Content are accessed and used, including for web analytics, blockchain analytics, audience measurement, personalization and segmentation, and relationship management purposes. In turn, this information helps us to develop and improve our Services and Content. Our third-party analytics and service providers may use cookies, web beacons and similar technologies to collect information about how Users access or engage with our Services, Content, emails, and ads on or off our Services.

We may receive personal and/or anonymous data from you from companies that offer services and/or products for use together with our Services.  Such third-party services may include wallet providers that provide us with your blockchain address and other information you may have chosen to share with such third-party providers. We reserve the right to compile this data with any data we may already have about you.  We may also collect public information that is publicly visible and/or accessible and/or observable from blockchains such as but not limited to blockchain addresses and information regarding purchases, sales, tokengating and/or transfer if NFTs which may be complied with any data we may already have about you.

Use of "Cookies"

Part of our data collection process may involve the use of "cookies", which are small pieces of identifying information placed and stored on your computer by our server which enable our system to more readily "recognize" you when you visit. You may elect not to accept "cookies" by setting your Internet options on your computer, however, please be advised that in that case, you may not be able to access part or all of this Site, or parts of this Site may not operate effectively.

How You May Review and Correct Your Collected Personal Information

At any time, you may contact us at info@verisart.com, request to review your personal information, if any, which we may have collected, and request that your personal information be corrected, supplemented, or permanently deleted from our systems.

If you are a user in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you will have rights under the European and UK General Data Protection Regulations (“GDPR”) which include the rights to request access and obtain a copy of your personal data, to erase, change of rectify such information and to object to processing of your personal data and to request portability of any such personal data including the right to withdraw at such previously granted consent at any time.

If you are a California resident, you will have rights granted under the California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”) including the rights to request access and obtain a copy of your personal data that may have been collected and/or shared with third parties and to erase, opt-out, change or rectify such information.

If you are a non-US user of our Service, by using our Service and providing us with Personal Information, you agree that your Personal Information may be processed for purposes outlined in our Privacy Policy both in the country it was collected and other countries including the United States where laws may differ and be less stringent than other countries. Our business and the market in general changes with time, and accordingly our Privacy Policy will change also. We reserve the right to change this Privacy Policy without prior notice at any time. An example would be to change this Privacy Policy that reflect changes to the law or changes to our Services.
